Refund and Cancellation Policy

1Scope

This policy applies to lessons, experiences and other services booked through tenerifekitesurf.com or via direct contact (WhatsApp, email).

2Cancellation by the client

  • If you cancel at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the lesson), 1 hour will be deducted from the amount or booked hours.
  • Not showing up for the lesson without prior notice: does not entitle the client to a refund.

3Cancellation due to lack of wind or conditions

  • If there are no conditions (no wind) and the lesson can be moved to another day, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
  • If there are no conditions and rescheduling is not possible, the proportional amount for the hours not enjoyed will be refunded.

4How to request a refund

To request a cancellation, rescheduling or refund, write to jan@tenerifekitesurf.com or message +34 616 014 417 on WhatsApp with your booking details. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of the refund.

The free online course has no cost, so this refund policy does not apply to it.
