Personal data submitted through the contact form (name, email, phone and message) is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your request for information about lessons, courses or kitesurf experiences.
- Manage your lesson booking and any follow-up contact needed to provide the service.
- Handle your queries when you contact us via WhatsApp.

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give when filling in and submitting the contact form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4Data retention
Your data will be kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request, and afterwards for the periods legally required to address any potential liability.
5Recipients and data processors
This site's contact form uses FormSubmit as a data processor to manage and forward messages by email. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and no international transfers take place beyond those inherent to that provider's operation.
6Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as other rights such as restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to jan@tenerifekitesurf.com stating which right you wish to exercise and including a copy of an ID document.
